Are You Considering Working in Partnership With Us?

If you provide a work experience placement, Right Track will provide quality training through day release and ongoing assessment to ensure the trainee meets required standards.

Right Track pays the training allowance and travelling expenses directly to trainees. There is therefore no cost to your company or administration of allowances. We monitor the trainee’s progress and telephone regularly to confirm attendance.

Right Track provides support for the work provider through the Placement Officer. We are always on call to listen to and solve any problems that may occur during the placement. We visit on a regular basis and work closely with the company to ensure that the training requirements are being met on both sides.

The Placement Officer will check you have the following: - A safe working environment, current insurance covering trainees, a Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety induction for Employees. (These are already required by law for your own employees. We can help with information and/or advice if required.)

Your company will benefit from the knowledge that the training and development you are providing will give a young person an opportunity which they would not otherwise obtain.

    No cost to you
